How do I cancel my Membership Subscription?

You can cancel your membership subscription at anytime. To cancel your membership, in the app, go to your Account Profile page by clicking on the top right button. Then select Memberships.

Swipe until you see the membership screen for the membership package you are subscribed to. You will see the "Cancel" button on the Membership Panel. Click on Cancel to cancel your subscription. The Cancel button will change to "Renew" when you have successfully cancelled your membership.

Please note, you will still see that your "current membership" is showing. This is because your membership access will become inactive at the end of the current membership billing cycle. You will incur no further charges.
