It is important to cancel any and all subscriptions you may have BEFORE you close your Wolfden account to avoid further charges.
Closing your account will not cancel your subscriptions.
To close your Wolfden account, go to your Profile page by tapping on your icon at the top right of the screen.
Now select "My Settings". Below the option to change your password, you can opt to close your account. To do so, you will need to enter your password and tap on the red "Close My account" button.
If you wish to re-open your account at a later date, simple send an email to support@wolfden.win and include your username and email address associated with your Wolfden Account. You will only be able to re-activate your account by contacting Wolfden from the email address you have linked to the Wolfden Account. You may also be required to provide other information of identification.
To cancel Pack Membership and/or MyAi Subscriptions"
In your Account Profile, you can easily cancel your subscriptions:
- To cancel a Membership subscription (Pack Membership, Golden Bullet Membership, Up the Den Membership and Pro Membership) select "Memberships".
- To cancel any Ai subscriptions eg. Golden Bullet Package, head to the MyAi tab.
Note that the email address you have linked to the Wolfden Account that you are closing cannot be used to open a new Wolfden account. Emails are permanently linked to one Wolfden account and cannot be changed.
