Wolfden Ai Refunds Policy

This policy applies to all digital products Wolfden sells through its online platforms or other digital distribution channels.


General Policy

  1. Non-Refundable Nature of Digital Products:
    WolfdenAi digital products are intangible and non-returnable. Once purchased and delivered, they are deemed "used." Therefore, except as specifically outlined below, these products are non-refundable.
  2. Product Usage:
    Upon confirmation of purchase, WolfdenAi products are considered "used" as they are digital and non-tangible. Access to the AI analysis and data is granted immediately after purchase, making the product non-refundable and non-exchangeable under normal circumstances.


Exceptions to the Non-Refundable Policy

  1. Faulty or Non-Existent Digital Product:
    If a digital Ai product purchased from Wolfden is inaccessible, does not appear in your app, or is found to be defective, the following applies:
    • System-Wide Issues: Wolfden will investigate the issue at no charge, provide a resolution timeframe, and offer an exchange or a refund (in the original form of payment) if the fault was due to WolfdenAi's systems.
    • Individual Cases: If the product is defective through no fault of the customer, a refund may be provided in Den Dollars.

  2. Unauthorized Purchases:
    If an unauthorized purchase is made on a customer’s account, Wolfden will promptly investigate upon customer notification. If the purchase is confirmed to be unauthorized, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  3. Legal Obligations:
    Refunds may also be provided in accordance with relevant Australian consumer protection laws and regulations.

Cancellation and Refund Requests

  • Since digital Ai products are instantly accessible upon purchase, cancellation requests are generally not accepted. However, customers may contact Wolfden customer support to discuss any concerns or issues regarding their purchase.

  • Wolfden reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on Wolfden's website or other digital platforms.

By purchasing a digital AI product from Wolfden, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.


Staff Code of Conduct


Wolfden staff are committed to upholding your Australian Consumer Law (ACL) rights. The following practices are prohibited, as they limit your consumer rights:

  • Misinforming customers about the responsibility of downstream information providers for faulty digital information products.
  • Refusing to refund or replace a faulty digital product due to no fault of the customer, within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Failing to properly address, escalate, or resolve disputes concerning the minimum timeframes and remedies stipulated by Wolfden’s policies or the ACL.
  • Assisting in a manner that is not courteous or timely.
