How do I cancel my Membership subscription?

You can cancel your membership at anytime. We hope, though, that cancelling your Pack membership with us is only temporary.

To cancel your subscription:

1. Go to your Profile Screen (the button located in the top right corner of the main page)

2. Select “Memberships” from the options listed

3. For your current Pack Membership plan, you will see the "Cancel My Subscription' button:

4. Tap on the 'Cancel My Subscription" button and the renewal will be cancelled at the end of the current cycle.

You can always renew your membership but heading back to Pack Memebrship and clicking on the "select" button and following the prompts.
