Want to change your handle, or your password? Head to your Profile page by tapping on the icon in the top right corner. Here you can also check your account information such as what activities like howls you have posted, who you are following and who is following you.
You can also find the FAQ Help Centre for commonly asked questions and some tutorials about Wolfden's features. You will also find information on the latest version of the app, current issues and resolution and much more. If you cannot find the answer to what you are looking for, please reach out to us via email at: [email protected] or drop us a message using the envelope
To navigate to your Wolfden profile page, tap on the Profile picture at the top right of the app screen. This will open up the following screen:
1. You will see a small envelope icon. Click on this to instant message anyone in the community. You may need to send a request to follow the person first. On joining you have automatic follows to the team at Wolfden.
2. Next to the envelope is the TipSlips button. Click on this button to review all the TipSlips you have howled.
3. Your Profile Picture is located in the top left. Default is the Wolf face.
4. Next to your Profile Picture is Your Account Name and your username. Your username is important to remember as this is what you can use to login and to also to identify yourself. Your account name is the name that the community will see when you howl.
To change your Profile information, select "My Profile" and then click on the "Edit Profile" button.
a) In "Edit Profile", you can update your Full Name and Username.
b) You can also update your motto and bio.
c) We also recommend that you have completed your Date of Birth (Just your month and year). Having this information complete is a requirement of your account being active. It is also required to be eligible to claim any prizes and to access your account.
d) Email addresses CANNOT be changed. Emails are linked permanently to an Account.
e) To change a mobile number you will need to contact Wolfden Support via the app's Chat service or private message.
f) In the My Profile screen, you will also see who you are following, and also which accounts are following you.
g) You will also have a record here of all your howls.
5. Membership Status - Here you will then see which membership package you are subscribed to, if any. If you have a membership, the Membership Logo for the package you are subscribed to will appear here.
If you are not subscribed to any membership, you will see "Become a Member" button. Click on this if you which to subscribe to a Membership.
6. Transaction History. In this section, you will have a record of all the purchase transaction history for your account.
7. Memberships. In this section you will be able to manage your memberships: Swipe until you see the membership panel for the package you want and then choose "Select" to subscribe and follow the prompts.
If you are already subscribed, and wish to cancel your subscription, click the "Cancel" button and follow the prompts. When you have successfully cancelled your membership, the "Cancel' button will change to "Renew".
8. My Settings - here is where you go to;
a) change your password; or to
b) close your Wolfden account. Please note that closing your Wolfden Account does not automatically cancel any membership subscriptions you may have active. Please cancel your membership first before you close your Wolfden app account.
9. Privacy & Notification Settings - in this section you can manage your level of privacy for your account - who can contact and see you online.
10. Follower requests - here you will see any requests from others in the community who wish to follow you.
11. Blocked Users - here you can see the list of all the users you have blocked.
