I forgot my password / I want to change my Password

There are two ways in which you can change your password:

1. your profile; or from

2. the login page,

Resetting your password from the Login page

Open the Wolfden app and you will be taken to the opening page below. Tap on the red "login" link at the bottom of the page. 

You will taken to the login screen. To change your password, tap on the "Forgot Password" link which is just above the login button and follow the prompts to change your password. 

You will need to have handy either your email address that you have associated with your account or your username.

Please note, your password must be at least 6 characters long including 1x capital letter, 1x number and 1x special character. 

Changing your password from your Profile setting

You can also change your password in your profile section and select "My Settings". Follow the steps to change your password.
