How do I claim a prize ?

I just won a cash prize in a Wolfden Ultimate Warrior/Bullseye competition.

How do I know I have won, and how do I claim?

If you are a winner in a Wolfden competition, you will see the following message on the competition page for which you have won a prize. You will need to scroll down below the leaderboard. If you have won a prize in a competition, you will see the following button. If you see this message, tap on the green “Collect Your Prize” button.

You will then see the following message. Enter your banking details and tap on the blue “Submit” button.

You will be prompted to confirm the details you have entered.

Once you have confirmed the details, you will receive a confirmation message and be returned back to the competition page:

Now when you go into the Competition page, and you tap on “Collect Your Prizes” button, you will see that your status has changed to 'pending' for payment. 

Once the payment has been made, the status will change to 'completed'. Please allow up to 10 business days from the Claim Date as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
