HOW TO LODGE A COMPLAINT


If you wish to lodge a complaint with respect to an issue with your Wolfden account that has not been resolved appropriately, please contact us by email at [email protected] with the details. Our team will endeavour to resolve all complaints in a timely manner.

If your complaint relates to minimum bet requirements for NSW thoroughbred races and we are unable to resolve your issue, you can lodge a complaint with Racing NSW online at: https://www.racingnsw.com.au/minimum-bet-limits-complaints-report/ 

If your complaint is of a general nature and we are unable to resolve your issue, you can lodge a complaint with Liquor & Gaming NSW at:
