What is Wolf Chat (Private Message)?

This feature is available to everyone with a Wolfden account.

Wolf Chat is the Wolfden way to communicate to the community in one on one direct communication, as part of a private group. 

If you have your account set to "private", people who are not following or being followed by will need their request to follow you approved by you before they are able to send you messages.

To use Wolf Chat, on the home screen, tap on the envelope icon at the TOP of the screen.

You have two options in Wolf Chat: 

1. Private Chat (with one person, or with a private group)

2. Private Group Chat. You can enter and leave the Wolf Chat as you please.

1. In Private Chat you can choose to chat with one person, or with a group of mates in a private group (where only those invited by the participants can join)

To start a Private Chat, tap on "Private Chat", and then tap on the red "+" button (see above screenshot).

a) For a private chat with one person, type in their name or handle.

You will also see a list of all your private chats listed below the search bar.

b) to create a chat with a group of mates, tap on "Create a Pack" and enter a name for the Pack and then proceed to search and add your mates to the group. Your mates are known as Wolves.

Tap on the red "Create Pack" button at the bottom of the screen.
