WHY I AM HAVING PROBLEMS LOGGING INTO WOLFDEN
Troubleshooting
There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to log into your Wolfden account that can be quickly resolved.
Firstly, make sure you tap on the red "Login" button that is located at the bottom of the login screen.
1. Username and password may be incorrectly entered or does not meet the password criteria.
Please check that you have entered the correct username and password. You may also check the following:
- check that you don't have accidentally included spaces.
- remember usernames and passwords are case sensitive.
- Passwords must have be at least 6 characters (including at least one capital, one lowercase, one number and one special character)
You can reset your password, or retrieve your username, from the login page, tap on the link and follow the prompts to reset your password.
2. Are you using the right email address to sign in?
Make sure you are checking the inbox of the email address in which you used to sign up to Wolfden. Try checking your spam folder. If that fails you may have used a different email address or entered a typing mistake when signing up. If all the steps listed on this page are checked, please email Wolfden Support (using the email address that you believe you have used to sign up) to; [email protected]
Alternatively, you can sign in using your username.
2. You have an old version of Wolfden app
The app is regularly updated with new releases. We need to release updates to keep up with new mobile devices and to offer new features and benefits to our community.
Sometimes after a new app version has been release, some users may need to delete and reinstall the app.
You can see what version you have by opening your Wolfden app and navigating to the "More" button. Scroll down the list of options until you see "App Version". You can see what the latest version of the app in your App Store.
We also advise that you have the latest update of your phone's operating system. eg. for iPhone that is known as iOS.
3. Have you completed the email verification step?
When you signed up to Wolfden, we offer up to 2 days grace in which to verify your account with us. If you don't complete this step, then you will lose access to the app until you complete this step.
If you are having problems with this step, please remember that the email will be sent to the email address you used to sign up with. You may need to check your spam folder.
4. Closed account
You may have closed your account. To have your Wolfden reopened, please send your request to [email protected]. You will need to email us using your email associated with your Wolfden account.
